Where we thought to be alone, we shall be with the whole of the world.
-J. Campbell

There are as many reasons to seek out therapy as there are people. Where ever you might be in your effort to live your best life, I am willing to meet you just where you are. I know that every single human, no matter their history, has it within them to live a full life of integrity, belonging, inner strength, and access to the world’s beauty. My role is to accompany and assist you as you recover your resourced, whole Self. The work I do with my clients is often full of surprising and stunning beauty, but I am not advertising that it will be easy. It will be work, worthy work. It will sometimes be scary too. But with help, what would have previously been another defeat can transform into the great opening from which you emerge as yourself in a way that cannot easily be lost or taken from you again.

The relationship between the client and the therapist is the most fundamental factor in successful therapy. Please check out my website to get a feel for me as a therapist and the kind of work I do. Take your time. You might notice having some anxiety while you read. Maybe check this out? Is it because you are trying to keep your hopes from getting too high? Or perhaps you have suffered in caretaker relationships in the past and getting a therapist or asking for help in any way scares the crap out of you? Maybe you are delighted, or excited? Perhaps notes are being struck on some long-forgotten instrument inside of you that you didn’t even know you missed! Or perhaps there is a clear ‘no way!’ coming through? Your whole system: body, mind, and soul, will thank you for listening to and respecting all of these feelings. So, check things out and call me if you have any questions or just want to get a better impression of me before we start working together.

Here are some things that might be going on for you that I feel

especially comfortable with ~

Welcome traveler!

You have already come so far (really, you have) but you might have reached a point where you understand that some help is needed. Perhaps a crisis or a loss has brought you here?

Welcome.

Perhaps fear and shame have kept you from the world for too long?

Welcome.

Perhaps the color has been bled from your world and you cannot find it again, as hard as you try?

 Welcome.

Perhaps you just know, on some instinctual level, that a broader horizon than the one you have known has to be there?

Welcome!
